Now Hiring - Sales Representative/Customer Service in Rio Linda, CA

Must be Responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting new and existing customers with their unique technology needs and problem solving issues. This position requires assessing the customer's needs and fitting the customer with the appropriate device and technology solution as well as maintaining the store location to maximize profitability and attain company goals and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer. Exceed in meeting all sales goals. Create a fun and professional buying atmosphere. Perform customer satisfaction and proper knowledge of specific phone functionality. Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and working together as a team. Problem solve issues with customers and sales team. Work with store management in opening, closing, inventory and operating the retail facility and other tasks as assigned. Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining store appearance, back room, restrooms and individual work area according to the retail store standards. Receive and process all payments and provide the customer with additional services as necessary. Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge of cellular/wireless communication a must Availability in flexible scheduling; reliable transportation. Ability to work on the weekends and designated holidays. High school diplomaI or GED; college degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Professional in appearance and strong verbal communication skills
Must be motivated, energetic and have positive attitude. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor. Ability to lift 40lbs.

Experience:
*1+ years of retail cellular experience is a plus. High School Deploma or GED a must.
